Description
Very unusual double purpose Edwardian silver cheroot case. This charming example is of tapering form with a fully cast figure of a galloping horse to the front. The hinged lid opens to reveal a compartment for the cheroot holder and a separate compartment for matches. To the side is an attaching ring for a fob chain or chatelaine. An interesting collector's piece with equestrian interest. Maker:- William Manton
