19th Century Writing Desk

This is a well made, early 19th century mahogany writing desk, of an unusually shallow depth. This attractive one piece desk still has its original tooled, dark green, fitted writing leather to the top, over three drawers and each pedestal contains three drawers, all with original oval brass plate handles. The pedestals terminate on plinth bases and casters below. This desk would fit in a small space like a home office and would complement a traditional interior.
