1930s J W Benson Pocket Watch

The watch has a good quality Swiss Cyma 15-jewel stem-winding movement with an unusual regulator and gold jewel chatons, which is working nicely. The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is chromium plated. The front is in good condition. The hinged case back has general surface marking and a small indentation. The glass lens has some minor nibbles to the bottom edge but not too detrimental. The dial is signed with the name of the original retailer of the watch, J W Benson of London. The dial is in its original finish, there is a little marking but again not too detrimental.
