Gents 1950s Berg Parat Wrist Watch

The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. The case is in good condition, as is the lens. The dial is signed Berg Parat, a brand name registered by the German watchmaker Wilhelm Beutter of Pforzheim and Rosenfeld, Germany in 1951. The dial is in its original finish with original hands and it is in lovely condition, just a shade of darkening around the very edge but nothing serious. A new leather strap has been fitted.
