I specialise in affordable original artworks - mainly traditional watercolours and oil paintings but I also have a range of contemporary artworks including limited edition lithographic prints. I also stock a limited selection of antiques and collectables, including treen, ceramics and glass. I have now opened a shop in Wallingford (OX100BU) between Reading and Oxford, but I also trade online. My website, www.artandstuffgallery.com has a gallery section with several mini-galleries where my items are displayed, including more contemporary items not shown on LoveAntiques.

Description
This is a lovely wide and open winter landscape by George Guest, entitled "Tag Row", in characteristic fresh cool colours. Entitled "Tag Row", which presumably refers to the row of houses visible in the centre of the landscape, but we're not sure where it is!
George Guest was born in Yorkshire, studied at Camberwell School of Art, where he also later taught Printmaking, and settled in Wychwood Oxfordshire. He has exhibited widely and several of his works are in the National Collection. This is a lithographic limited edition print (no.140/200), signed by the artist in pencil lower right and also bearing a blindstamp.
