Oak Gordon Russell Cotswold School Sideboard Cabinet

This is a good looking cabinet by Gordon Russell in the Cotswold School manner in a light tone of English oak. We have some lovely design details on this one like so many of Gordon Russell pieces. Those handles to the drawers and doors, the angled shape of the legs, the lighter oak to the inside of the doors, the slight curve to the end of the drawers and the sensible proportions. Gordon Russell maker’s badge to the back. Workshop report - The cabinet has been carefully hand stripped and polished in our workshop so expect light usage marks but nothing nasty. The drawers are running smoothly with new black baize added to the cutlery drawer and are clean and neat inside. The teak interior is all as it should be and again clean and neat. A nice piece from Gordon Russell which will slip into most interiors with ease.
