This is a large 9" early 18th-century (1730), early George II sterling silver marrow scoop. Made by the important Huguenot spoon maker Paul Hanet. No monograms or inscriptions. It has a lovely crest of an eagle. Clear hallmarks. A well-made, good quality, genuine antique English Georgian marrow scoop.
