Sterling Silver Bamboo Bangle 1975 Vintage Wide Ornate Satin Bracelet 7"L

Fabulous vintage solid sterling silver (Birmingham assay) very attractive and highly impressive wide satin finish bamboo bangle/bracelet. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 6.1" internal length x 5.7cm internal height, 7" internal circumference, 1.2cm width and weighs a heavy 18.1 grams. Beautifully adorned all around with an extremely detailed, textured, satin finish bamboo decoration which is as bright and crisp today as the day it was made. Secure push in 'cockrell combe' clasp which opens correctly, closing tightly with a very reassuring click and recessed hinge to the opposite side is true and firm with absolutely no play. Fully and clearly hallmarked on one internal side (within different shaped large recessed cartouches) with the Lion passant (Sterling silver), anchor (Birmingham assay) and fancy scrolled capital letter A - dating her to 1975 with the makers initials; L&Co. Hallmarked to the opposite internal side (again within fancy, recessed cartouches) with the Lion passant and capital scrolled letter; A. Still retains the original silver safety chain. Beautifully made and very comfortable to wear due to her slightly oval shape. Excellent, bright, clean condition with no wear or damage and just a few extremely light and fine (micro) little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only and are mainly to the inside) commensurate with age - looks to have had very little use, perhaps only high days and holidays.
