Vintage Jewelled Man Figural Novelty Perfume Scent Bottle Holder Circa 1950

Here we have an attractive vintage figural perfume bottle holder dating circa 1950. The holder is in the form of a jewelled man and stands 8 cm in height. The holder is made of gold tone metal with pierced metal frilled collar and the man has a peaked hat and cut and faceted green glass stones for the eyes, clear for the nose and a red faceted stone for the mouth. At the back of the hat hangs a small chain with a blue stone at the end. The body lifts off to reveal a clear glass scent bottle inside. I cannot get the lid to unscrew. This charming scent bottle holder is offered in otherwise good condition with some surface scratches and light wear to the gold tone metal finish. Thank you for looking.
