This is a wonderfully painted watercolour and ink of 'The Down & Outs' by impressionist, artist Ed Smith (1923-1988). This artist painted this in Sydney Australia. It has a subtle use of colours. It dates 1975 and comes in a gilded frame (slightly distressed).
