Walter Taylor - Artist

Walter Taylor (born 1875) was a flower painter in oil and watercolour who was born in London and studied art under Fred Brown 1897 and at the RCA under Sparkes 1898, Walter Crane 1899. Exhibited at the RA, RBA, Art Master at the Beaufoy Technical Institute (1910-1919) and at the Central School of Arts & Crafts 1919-1940. He lived in London.
