Offered for sale is this 1862 International Exhibition, (Great London Exposition), souvenir transfer printed bowl. The Exhibition was held from 1st May to 1st November, 1862, beside the gardens of the Royal Horticultural Society, South Kensington on a site that now houses museums including the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum (London). Features images of the exhibition hall and a further image. No makers marks apparent.

Brunswick Antiques has clarified that the Souvenir Transfer Printed Bowl, International Exhibition (London) (k719 / LA163144) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1862.
Minor hairline cracks and surface marks but in good overall condition.
