A porcelain bowl from the Worcester factory, decorated with the blue printed 'Bandstand' pattern and highlighted with hand-painted blue wash and gilded rim, manufactured around 1785. This piece is unmarked.
The bowl stands 2 1/2 inches high and measures 4 3/4 inches in diameter.
Roger Stretch Antiques has clarified that the Worcester Bowl (819 / LA142877) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1785.
In very good, original, sound condition with only two minute losses to the rim.
