This is a beautiful antique slat-back windsor armchair. It has nicely swept arms, well executed steam curved slats, and a good high back - all of which make for a very inviting and comfortable cottage armchair. The generous saddle shaped seat is cut from a slab of elm. Turned legs stretchers and spindle arm supports all sound and original.
