Description

This nice quality case is in oak with mahogany cross banding. It has shell inlay to the trunk door and base and dates from around 1800. It has an unusual feature of enamelled metal roundels (one damaged) to the swan neck hood together with a ball and eagle finial. It has retained its original door lock and key
