Description

This is a top quality Winterhalder & Hofmeier Architectural shaped oak 8 day quarter striking mantel clock with 2 subsidiary dials (Chime & Silent & Rise and Fall for fast & slow speed control. Attractive brass dial with silvered chapter ring. Finely carved freezes and corinthian columns to the case. Silk covered inside to the two side doors, again with excellent carved fretwork.

Quality 8 day movement strikes the quarters on "Ting Tang" and the appropriate Hour on the O'clock.
