Description

This is a fine 19th Century Georgian antique sterling silver cup made by Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard and hallmarked in London 1828.

It is in very good condition with no repair or damage. The interior retains the original gilding and hallmarks are clearly struck. There is an ornate scroll handle and where it is attached to the cup reeded decoration. The cup stands firmly on a raised circular base and has been made with a heavy gauge of silver.

A lovely Georgian cup from these very fine silversmiths.
