Description

Antique quality 19C William IV rosewood with some ebonised parts cheval mirror.

Cheval mirror to one side and needlepoint screen to the other.

Would look great in the right location and so much better quality than most.

This is a beautiful item, with a lovely age and colour.

This is a very rare cheval mirror and ticks all the boxes in the looks department.

Heavy, solid, with no loose joints and the mirror hold its angle position well.

Lovely proportions and traditional styling... a great look.

Brass and wooden castors (some wear as you would expect).

Maximum overall dimensions 790mmW x 480mmD x 1670mmH.

Mirrored surface 625mmW x 800mmH.

Prior & Willis Antiques has clarified that the William IV Victorian rosewood cheval mirror screen needlepoint (3185 / LA6056) is antique and it's date/period of manufacture is 19th Century.

Condition

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, veneer/finish imperfections, scratches, chips, repairs and alterations, as is always the usually the way with antique furniture. The mirror has some imperfections, oxidation and scratches as you might expect (we could replace the mirrored glass for £100 if required).
