Description

Pretty Derby botanical dessert plate with a simple gilded rim, painted with the specimen "Large flowered Cryptostegia". Red crossed swords mark for c.1806 and number 28.

Depth : 22.2 cm - 8.74 in

It measures 22.2cm (8 3/4") wide and 3cm (1 1/8") high.

Declaration

The Fancy Fox has clarified that the Derby Porcelain Botanical Dessert Plate Cryptostegia C.1806 (FA0337 / LA61949) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being c.1806.

Condition

Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. The surface is very finely crazed and there are a few small nicks to the enamel.
