Description

This is a pretty Edwardian antique silver single sovereign case made by Silversmith Joseph Gloster and Hallmarked in the Birmingham Assay Office in 1907.

Weight : 19 g

From the base to the top of the loop. : 45 mm

Declaration

Guy Ellis Antiques has clarified that the Edwardian Silver Sovereign Case (C533 / LA193111) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1907.

Condition

The Sovereign Case is in good condition with no damage, the case opens on pressing the pin within the loop and the sprung coin holder operates correctly.
