Description

An interesting novelty antique sterling silver funnel made by T Beardsmore and clearly hallmarked in Birmingham 1902.

It is in very good condition and the interior retains the original gilding. In the form of a pig's head with the liquid exiting through the snout.

This is a well made piece of Edwardian silver. I can find nothing similar and it may have been a one off special commission. (NB any shadows shown in photographs are merely reflections).
