Description

This silver and ebony conductor's baton was hallmarked in London 1947 with maker’s initials of FD.

The central silver band has an inscription, the silver band to the top is heavily decorated with scrolls etc. and has a vacant cartouche to the end. The baton fits in a carrying box which shows a little wear but overall in good condition. The box closes firmly with a brass catch.
