Description
We have for sale a charming Edwardian silver bowl by the silversmith William Neale. This simple but attractive silver bowl is of circular footed form with reeded rim and carries full English hallmarks for Birmingham 1908 along with the makers marks for William Neale. The bowl is 4 inches (10.1cm) in diameter, 1.75 inches (4.4cm) high and weighs 44.29g by our digital scales. The bowl is in a very good antique condition. The makers marks are clearly legible, but they are a bit rubbed, and the body carries the surface wear one would expect from an Edwardian piece of silver.
