Description

This is a lovely small sterling silver antique beaker/cup made by Peter, Anne and William Bateman. It was made in 1799 in London and is very clearly hallmarked.

It is in very good condition with a gilded interior, no damage or repair and made with a heavy gauge of silver. The scroll handle has reed decoration which is repeated three times on the flared body which sits firmly on a wide circular base.

A beaker of very good quality from members of this famous silversmith family.
