This fine pair of antique sterling silver salts were made by Thomas Nash I and hallmarked in London 1771. They are in very good condition with no damage to either the blue glass liners (one is a replacement) or the silver bodies which are beautifully pierced. The salts sit firmly on 4 legs culminating in ball and claw feet.
They are made with a thick gauge of silver, each salt weighing approximately 2 ounces - overall a lovely pair of Georgian silver salts.
