Description

This is a heavy antique sterling silver tablespoon made by Henry Holland and hallmarked in London 1846.

It is made with a very thick gauge of silver, of fiddle pattern design and initialled to the handle. Hallmarks are clearly struck, in good condition, no repairs and just normal surface marks from usage. (NB any shadows shown in photographs are merely reflections).

WENTWORTH SILVER has clarified that the Victorian silver tablespoon (1459 / LA16235) is antique and it's date/period of manufacture is 1846.
