Description

This fine circular antique Georgian sterling silver teapot was made by Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard and hallmarked in London 1827.

It is in very good condition with no repairs or damage. Sits firmly on a raised circular base of typical plain Georgian design with just banded decoration. The lid fits perfectly and the finial has a rose decoration.

The handle is securely fixed and incorporates a thumbpiece and the teapot has been made with a thick gauge of silver.

This is a high quality silver teapot made by well regarded Georgian silversmiths and it has been professionally polished to show it at its best (NB any shadows shown in photographs are merely reflections).
