Description

This is a lovely inlaid mahogany occasional table from the Edwardian period. Made from a good grade of solid mahogany timber and decorated throughout with satinwood inlaid stringing and chequer banding. The shaped top is also inset with a central inlaid paterae. It stands on long, elegant, tapering legs, terminating in spade feet and united by under-stretchers and under-tier giving rigidity and strength.

Britannia Antiques has clarified that the inlaid mahogany occasional table (LA 386 / LA14582) is antique and it's date/period of manufacture is 1901.

Condition

This table has been sympathetically re-polished to a very high standard and is now offered for sale in excellent condition.
