This is a solid oak refectory table designed and executed by Philip Tilden and Ambrose Heal of Heal and Son, for Winston Churchill's residence, Chartwell.
This is the smallest version, to the underside, there is a circular ivorine plaque bearing Heal and Son. There is also a number stamped into the frame, together with an old paper label.

In very good condition. The table has been sympathetically cleaned and then repolished, otherwise it is in original condition.
