Item of The Week - Regency Period Mahogany Tea Table c.1820

Traditionally Easter is a Religious celebration to commemorate the Death & Resurrection of Jesus Christ and as with most celebrations or festivities, it is a time shared with Family & friends.  So what will you be doing this Easter weekend?  Aside from eating chocolate of course, our guess is that you will be spending time with loved ones but are you equipped to cater for those extra bodies?

This Regency Period Mahogany Tea Table c.1820 is great for hosting as it doubles up as a larger table that will comfortably seat around 4 people.  Use this in addition to your dining table and you will have more than enough space to entertain.

When folded over, this elegant looking Tea Table could easily serve as a side table or even a hall table perhaps as it can sit flush again a wall and is very unobtrusive, so as well as providing extra space when hosting to larger parties it is also perfect for smaller and more confined living spaces!

It is made from Mahogany & boasts a good colour. We especially love the subtle beaded edging to the frieze which gives this table a more modern feel to it, adding a little extra something to this classic Regency piece. Sitting on slim ring turned legs It is highly reflective of the soft, romantic style associated with the Regency period and could easily blend in to an interior which uses pastel colours.
