Description
A stylish and very well made vintage chess table, this dates from the 1960’s. The chessboard top is veneered in walnut, satin wood and mahogany. The base is solid ebonised wood, and there is a drawer on either side for storing chess pieces.
The top actually lifts of the base and the base can fold flat, so this can be stored away quite easily. It sits and rolls on lovely original brass casters.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent throughout.
