This quality Antique Albert Chain features a T-bar drop and double dog clip fastening, along with an engraved medal / medallion. The chain is modelled in Sterling Silver, hallmarked for Birmingham 1915. The medal is then a later addition, also modelled in Sterling Silver, dating to Birmingham 1957. The medal is engraved to the reverse, reading '3rd for sword dance at Lochearnhead 1957. Miss A. Dollochin 28. Crofinappoch PL Cheiff.' along with a full set of hallmarks. Miss. A. Dollchins initials are also engraved on the front, reading 'AD'. This is a quality example of an Albert chain which would make a great necklace or addition to any collection.
