Antique Georgian Style Leather Wing Back Armchair

A large and impressive deep buttoned leather wing back armchair, in the antique Georgian Chippendale style. This dates from around the 1950’s, and it is of great quality. It has generous proportions, and is very comfortable, with a hump back, well shaped wings & a deep buttoned back. The leather is high quality and beautifully soft to the touch. The solid mahogany frame is also very well made, it is very sturdy and sound. We have had the leather hand coloured and polished by our leather restorer, the mahogany base has been French polished. This is in excellent condition for its age, with only some minor signs of old wear here and there.
