Edwardian fob watch or jewellery / trinket box. C~1910. Rich burgundy shark skin effect leatherette outer with gold pin work banding to the domed outer and inner lid circumference. Pale cream satin to the interior lid with green felt to base. Opens correctly by depressing the brass catch, closing securely (very slight gap to one side) with a very reassuring click and the brass hinge is true and firm with absolutely no play. Wonderful condition with no damage and just a little bit of drawer patina commensurate with age. Will arrive securely and safely packed.
