Description
Edward VII glass whisky noggin jug with a sterling silver mounted hinged lid. Complete with kidney shaped noggin label, and engraved letters (see condition).
Hallmarked in Birmingham (decanter) & London (label), 1906, with the makers mark JTHJHM for Hukin & Heath (John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton).
measurements
The decanter measures 97mm high (108mm inc. thumb tab) by 67mm wide at the base, and the label measures 31mm wide by 18mm high, with a 85mm long chain. This has a weighable silver weight of 2.3g (label only), and a total item weight of 132g (inc. decanter).

Sterling Choice has clarified that the Edwardian 1906 Sterling Silver & Glass Whisky Noggin Decanter & Label Hallmarked Birmingham & London (LA549854) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1906
condition
The label should be engraved "Whisky", but it's missing the "k" stroke so it's showing "Whishy" instead. Also, the label has a very slight bend or kink that doesn't show in the photos.
