An extremely rare silver opisometer from the reign of King George V. Opisometers is a desirable item, used mainly for measuring curved lines on maps such as roads and rivers. Very good, with no dents or splits to the silver. Slight staining to the dial on one side at the top, both dials clear and readable. One face has a crack to the glass, which does not affect use and is commensurate with age and use.
