Description
Very good quality and decorative French 19th Century Louis XVI style 5’ kingsize bed in its original gilt finish, priced to include re upholstery in your own choice of fabric. The carved frame retains the majority of the original gold leaf and it has aged gracefully, giving you this wonderful aged finish. The bed is priced including the cost of re upholstering it in your own choice of fabric, but the fabric you choose is supplied by you…usually 5m of fabric and can be edged with a braid or cord. The frame is very solid and in good condition, holding a totally standard UK 5’ x 6’6’’ kingsize divan and mattress (150cm x 200cm), not included as you may have a suitable bed set that the bed frame will accommodate.
