Gents 1970s Rotary Wrist Watch

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated, with a handsome bark finish to the bezel, and the case back is stainless steel. The signed dial is in its original subtly textured finish with original hands, and also a date display which is initially set by repeatedly moving the hands backwards and forwards between 12 midnight and 7.30pm until the desired date is reached. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch comes in a new presentation box. All of our watches are checked over before listing, and are also checked for accuracy which is usually within around +/- two to three minutes over 24 hours (unless otherwise stated), which is considered respectable for a vintage watch.
