Description
Description John Henry Mole (1814-1886) Exhib Quality Regency Period Watercolour Painting A Magnificent, original Exhibition quality Regency Period Watercolour Portrait Painting by: 'John Henry Mole' (1814-1886) V.P.R.I Titled: 'At The Spring' The stunning all-original piece depicts 3 young children resting by a freshwater spring which is set within a wonderful rural English countryside setting. The tall lad can be seen holding a tree branch, whilst the little girl, who is probably his younger sister, holds her reassuring arm on his shoulder. Another young girl can be seen walking to the small spring with a large period watering jug. The attention to detail throughout this marvellous painting is really quite exceptional! The young facial features, the depiction of the clothing and the portrayal of the surrounding English countryside are simply stunning! Signed faintly lower centre, and titled within the inner slip card. | Attributes | Condition | Measurements | Circa 1840-1850 Signed lower centre Watercolour Painting Offered in exhibition quality and condition, and mounted within a superb exhibition quality scrolled glazed frame. *A Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) will be provided by artsonline with this piece* FREE UK DELIVERY Framed Measurements INCHES & CENTIMETRES INCHES & CENTIMETRES H: 31.1'' | 78.9 cm W: 23.1'' | 58.6 cm D: 1'' | 1.5 cm About Us: Artsonline uk is a family run business with over 30 years of combined industry experience, so customer satisfaction is paramount to us!
