Large Antique Victorian Satinwood Chest of Drawers

Large chunky antique Victorian chest of drawers in Satinwood with a lovely silky finish on the surface. All the drawers are deep & graduated, while the bottom drawer is extra deep, because it is attached to the plinth. The drawers also have turned bun handles, original locks & fine dovetails. This chest is in good condition & dates from around the 1860-80’s period. There is a bit of an old split on part of the right hand side, which was repaired a long time ago & it is structurally sound. We do get quite a few of these models in mahogany, however it’s much more rare to find them in Satinwood & if you are looking for lots of storage in the bedroom, then this chest of drawers is the one to have.
