Mahogany and Satinwood Deed Box A late 19th century Sheraton style mahogany deed box. The top of the box has an oval satinwood panel, inlays and cross banding. The box is highly decorated with box wood, ebony line inlays and a band of chequered inlay to the edge of the lid. The box is very good quality and in good condition with some minor shrinkage in the bottom left hand corner. (Circa 1880) Height 16cm (6.3 inches) Width 35cm (13.8 inches) Depth 23cm (9 inches)
