Description
A monumental pair of bronze table lamps on marble bases, depicting the ancient Greek goddess Athena. These were made in England and date from around the 1920’s.
They are very large and extremely impressive, the quality is fantastic. Each lamp is a beautifully detailed figure depicting Athena wearing armour, holding a sword and a large torch, which serves as the bulb holder.

condition
The condition is excellent for their age, with just some minor surface wear and patina. We have given them a clean and had them re-wired, they are in good working order.
