An exceptional, fine and impressive antique 1920s English sterling silver Arts and Crafts style basket made by A E Jones; an addition to our silverware collection
This exceptional antique silver basket, in sterling standard, has an incurved quatrefoil shaped form to four feet.
The surface of this Arts and Crafts style basket is plain and features a planished finish.
The shaped rim of this George V basket is embellished with pierced decorated trellis design accented with an interwoven undulating floral design.
This antique 1920s silver basket is fitted with the original hallmarked sterling silver handle, accented with a flower design to the centre of the handpiece.
The basket is supported by four impressive cast legs.
This exceptional example of antique silverware was crafted by the renowned and collectable silversmith A E Jones.
