Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the kettle, stand, and spirit burner, in addition to part hallmarks to the interior of the cover are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the exceptional gauge of silver. The Russian import hallmark to the underside of the kettle and stand is also very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of Victorian teaware.
