A beautiful antique X-Frame Stool dating from the mid 19th Century. The stool is excellent quality with a simple yet elegant design, standing on carved scrolling x-frame ends with central turned discs, united by a turned central stretcher. The seat has been freshly covered in a good quality fabric with a light blue floral design on a cream background.

It is in very good condition for its age. The upholstery is clean and tidy and the wood has a beautiful rich grain and has been waxed to retain its natural aged patina. There are some signs of age and use but the frame is free from any major knocks or damages and is overall a good sturdy construction. It displays beautifully and is ready for use.
