Silver & Gold Heart Shaped “Mizpah” Brooch. Silver with gold overlay, hall marked for Birmingham 1890. Bears the Mizpah inscription “The Lord watch between me and thee when we are absent on from another”. The pin and catch are in good order. There are signs of wear and one or two tiny holes to the balls around the edge, only visible with a jeweler's loop. The brooch measures 1.5 inches (4cm) from top to bottom and is 1.25 inches (3cm) wide. It will be dispatched in the box illustrated.
