Superb 1930’s Marcasite, Ruby & Silver Brooch. Stunning solid silver brooch in the form of an eagle catching a salmon. Set with Marcasite, a semi precious stone known also as iron pyrites, both the eagle and salmon have a small ruby eye. Excellent condition, nothing missing or repaired, marked silver to the rear, the robust pin has a safety catch and the brooch arrives in the box illustrated. 3 inches (7.5cm) from the top of the wing to the tail of the salmon. Ready to wear.
