9ct Gold Seal, Welsh Dragon, Vintage, Pendant or Charm

A very unusual 1960s pendant or even a charm, which has in the base a circular carnelian with a Welsh Dragon intaglio; shape is very similar to a pawn in a chess set with a crown at the top. It is circular in shape but has 3 shields with a Leek, Wales; Harp, Northern Ireland and a Lion Rampant, Scotland. Assayed and hallmarked in London in 1968 with the hallmark applied to the base of the crown. The circular seal matrix is 1 inch across, it is 1.75 inch in height and it weighs 22 gram. I have, a few years ago, seen a charm bracelet with, if I remember correctly, 8 of similar charms, as you would expect it was a massive thing and weighed over 200 gram.
