Scottish plaid or kilt Lion Rampant sterling silver brooch with the outer rim decorated in vague Celtic Knots, a strong and universally accepted as a Scottish symbol.
Assayed and hallmarked in Birmingham in 1956 as sterling silver.
Just over 1.25 inch across.
Partially cleaned and all is good.
