Return and Refund Policy

Your purchase is covered by UK distance selling regulations which give customers the right to cancel their purchase for a limited time, even if the goods are not faulty.

• You must inform us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Once we have been informed, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer other than if the item has arrived damaged or is not as advertised. We recommend packing the item in the packaging it was sent in (or as similar as possible) to ensure safe return - we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return postage.
• We will process refunds as soon as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent - please note refunds may take up to 14 days to reach you depending on the original payment method.
